Oak Timber Structures Refunds and Returns Policy

Every single one of our products is made to order to your exact requirements.

Depending on the size of your order, we will either ask for payment up front or a 50% deposit before work begins.

What if I change my mind?

Once your structure is in our production queue there are a few scenarios:

If you decide you no longer want your oak structure:

If we have not begun work on your structure or cut any of the oak to the sizes required for your project, then there is no problem and we can issue a refund. We reserve the right to still charge for any custom drawings that were produced, as well as any merchant fees charged to us by our payment processor that we will not be able to recover.

If we have already begun work on your structure and you ask to cancel your order, depending on the progress through the build of your structure, where oak has been cut specifically to your requirements, we reserve the right to retain from your deposit or payment in full, the value of the materials and labour already outlaid on the project.

If your structure has been completed and is either ready to dispatch or has been delivered, because each structure is made bespoke, we are unable to cancel an order or accept returns on the basis that it is no longer required.

What if there is a problem?

We realise every company says this, but hand on heart we can say that problems with our products are very rare indeed. We build everything to the drawings that you approve before we begin production.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, get in touch with us straight away. At Oak Timber Structures a lot of our business is through word of mouth so it is our job to make sure you’re happy with your product and our service.

We will work with you to resolve any legitimate problem as quickly as possible.
