Are your online products customisable?

Yes all of our products online are fully customisable, however, with the bespoke nature of our products we do often get asked if we can do designs outside of what the website will let you. The answer to this is yes, we just ask you either send in a drawing or get as close as you can online and tell us what changes you would like to make.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide across the UK and Ireland.

What kind of vehicles do you deliver on?

We have a range of vehicles that we use for delivery, as standard they are flat beds that require you to unload. However, assisted offload to kerbside (either via a HIAB or Workforce), is available if you need it.

Do I need planning permission to install one of your frames?

Planning permission rules are individual to each council, so while we try to stay within the guidelines it's always best to check before buying. For larger structures like Garages and Garden Rooms, this is essential.

How does the order process work?

The first thing we do when you order is to generate drawings for your structure with all the sizes labelled. It's important you check these drawings and make sure everything is correct, this is the last chance for us to change anything before production. When you are happy the drawings are correct and you sign them off, we then go into production and the lead time starts, every product has its own lead time stated on the product page.

Once the structure is ready and any final balance has been paid we then arrange a day for delivery with you.
