News: Oak Garden Buildings

We at Oak timber structures are specialists in Oak garden buildings like Pergolas, Arches, Gazebos and Garden Rooms. Every Oak garden building we build is completely bespoke and made to individual drawings, the designs on the website are just an idea of what we can do. Each different type of building has its own purpose, and each can be used in your own garden, public park and even event locations. Gazebos in particular are very multi-purpose as they offer shade and shelter from the elements, make for great band stands and are excellent at wedding venues.

Pergolas on the other hand are more suited to walkways and provide a little shade. If instead of a Pergola you want a Lean To (which is like a Pergola but with one side raised slightly), you can install glazing to act as a roof. You can’t really do this with a standard pergola as there would be no where for water to drain away.

Garden rooms are usually attached to your house like a conservatory, however, they can also be standalone out buildings if you prefer. Garden rooms are spacious and bright as they are designed to be glazed rather than cladded.

Other Oak Buildings and Structures

Other oak buildings we supply include Lychgates and Garages. Garages are becoming more and more poplar, as they can be moulded to fit against your home as well a vast array of configurations and sizes. We can add in additional smaller rooms within the garage as well as allowing for a roof room.

We also supply a variety of Oak Porches, you can design your own online or email through your own drawings. We make porches that can stand on their own as well as ones that fit against or into the wall of your house.
