We offer two delivery Options which are standard and assisted delivery. Below we have outlined the key differences between these options and a full list of our delivery rates.
We only organise a delivery date once the structure is ready. Due to the bespoke nature of our products we can't account for any delays during production, so please don't book in anyone to fit our products until you know when you will receive your structure.
Our standard delivery requires you to organise offloading the truck either by machinery or with enough people to manually offload. Some of the pieces in our structures are heavy so we recommend making sure you have the right equipment to help.
You can upgrade your delivery at any point before your delivery day, although it may cause a slight delay and will include additional costs.
Our assisted delivery is the option where we will offload the truck to kerbside, either with machinery (usually a HI-AB) or with enough people for manual offload.
We will only get the timber of the truck, the team won't move it from the curbside.
In cases where a HI-AB is used it won't be able to lift the stucture over any impeding obstacles such as a wall or hedge. Also, to be able to operate safely, the truck will need a metre space either side in order to offload.
Oak timber structures uses external hauliers to deliver our products, so the prices below are only contributions to the truck. Rates vary based on area.
